I’m pretty sure you all seen cARTer around on the other blogs, but if you haven’t allow me to introduce him to you. cARTer repping H-Town but currently residing in L.A. brings a whole different energy to the game. Not only is he a dope artist, but his visuals are crazy. You can tell that he has a grip on his career and he knows exactly what he’s doing. If he doesn’t wind up on the Billboard charts within the next year. I’m done wit’ Hip-Hop, B. Word!
