Down With The King: T.I.’s Facing A Possible 18 Months In Jail
In the memorandum filed Friday, T.I.’s lawyer said the probation officer erred in asking for eight to 14 months because those are the guidelines for for violent career criminals. The lawyers say that shouldn’t apply to T.I. because his prior conviction for assaulting a Florida police detective does not qualify as a “violent felony.” -NYPost
