Before giving the world his long-awaited debut LP Cole World: The Sideline Story on September 27th, J. Cole decided to launch a G.O.O.D. Friday-esque weekly music giveaway he’s calling Any Given Sunday. For week one of this AGS series he’s opted to start things off with a FreEP of 5 tracks completely pro-bono.  You can find the download link for this Any Given Sunday EP after the jump. Be sure to check back on MTD every Sunday for the latest music from Cole’s vault.

Here’s a list of the tracks along with some footnotes from the rapper about each one:

Swizz Beatz drops the official music video for his “Reethym Of Life” Reebok ad campaign. The song titled “International Party” features his wifey alicia Keys. The video is directed by Chris Robinson. Showtime!

Don’t know much about the homie outside the fact he’s an 18 year-old from Florida and draws inspiration from Wiz Khalifa amongst others. What do you guys think?

This is documentary which takes  viewers through  Lebron James’ career thus far. The film takes us form Lebron being anointed as “The Chosen One” to present day where he is viewed as the most hated player in the league by the general public. It’s a great watch whether you’re a loyal King James follower or someone who enjoys throwing rocks at the current Riley regime.

Los Angeles’ LA Rising concert featured a rare performance from iconic femcee Lauryn Hill who hit the stage to do the Fugees classic “Ready Or Not” as well as her own hit “Doo Wop” (watch after the jump). Check out Ms. Hill’s performance just a week after giving birth to her 6th child.

I’m not a big fan of Air Force’s as of late but these “Vac Tech” AF1 Low’s might get copped. These look pretty dope and the material seems easier to clean than the traditional white on white AF1 leather joints. If you’re feelin’ these for the summer and have a lil gwap to spend then I suggest you get to your local kick spot early tomorrow. More flicks after the jump.

$55 million private jet or not Soulja Boy took to Miami’s Club Play to celebrate the big 2-1. Gunplay of Triple C’s was also on hand kicking of his own B-Day festivities. Guests of the party included Sean Kingston, Trina, Trae The Truth, Just Blaze, Gunplay, Torch and Pinky. I need a B-Day like this…so who wants to ante up?
