For six straight summers, Ft. Myers rap goon Frank Lini has been faithfully holding down the streets of Florida with back-to-back block-burning singles. Known for gritty delivery and painful lyrics, the street disciple now cranks up the commercial side of the game with a new deal, runaway single and regional tour.
