Random Comment Explaining the Artwork/Cover below:
Alright, so here’s my insight on the cover:
Clearly, Gambino is trying to portray that Drake is his favorite rapper. He also sings and raps in his songs and most likely gets his inspiration from Drake. Choosing the Take Care cover though, he’s probably saying he prefers that album because it’s Drake’s most insightful work yet.
Now looking at what he’s wearing, it’s the typical small as hell shirt he wears in his performances and comedy skits. Of course he can’t wear skinny jeans cuz his nuts are too big, but he still sags them and reveals his heart boxers. This most likely says that he loves his mom or something. And of course the matching hat/shoes to claim his swagger.
On the ground, you see pieces of paper laying around. This means he’s tried and tried writing music but doesn’t accomplish what he wants, which is to be like Drake. Don’t forget he’s probably also jamming to Drake on his iPod.
The weirdest part that I cannot understand is why the fuck is he holding a remote like he’s about to sing into it? Maybe it’s a symbol for the fact that he controls the media and how it potrays him. Who knows, but ultimately he just might be shoving the remote up Drake’s ass. That’s how Drake likes it.
Anyway, that’s another insightful novel written by Samurai and I will see yall on the next album cover!

That sounded gay as hell. Here’s another one.
The cover is because, since he sings and raps, niggas keep comparing him to Drake and he’s just saying “we ain’t them”. The kid represents him, I would think because the TV remote would stand for his television success.
Just my two cents, shit, I don’t know, check out my song though.
What are your thoughts on the cover?
Audio: Future ft. Diddy & Ludacris -”Same Damn Time” (rmx)

Here’s the remix to Future’s Same Damn Time. I don’t know if anyone is rushing to hear some Diddy bars, but oh well.

Jay Z Speaks on Nets Logo Design

Jay spoke to MTV about the Nets logo design amongst other things. Here’s what he had to say:
“I wanted to make it really classic and strong, a throwback to Brooklyn and what we’re about,” Jay told MTV. “It’s real gritty and we’re not about flash — well, sometimes. Just the roots of Brooklyn as this very bold, strong, simple logo.
“It was really a take off the old subway signs, if you look at the old subway signs they were in black and white,” he continued. It was that strong, beautiful, iconic black and white. I wanted to pick something that would stand the test of time and be here forever.”
