The problems for Young Buck continue.
The rapper appeared in Youtube vlog (see below) over the weekend, revealing that he is slated to service some time behind bars soon … in two months. In the clip, Buck asks that fans hold him down when he goes in two months from now. But, he doesn’t specific how long he’ll be incarcerated.
“I got to go to the penitentiary in like two months. F*** with me for real, hold me down,” Buck says. “And when I get out of the penitentiary, all you rap n****s better get the f*** out the way. I ain’t even gonna say no names, but it’s a good thing I’m about to go to the penitentiary.”
In early 2011, Buck was indicted on weapons charges, including being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition, stemming from a search of his Nashville home in August 2010 by the IRS, in which a .40-caliber pistol was found.
Reports said he faced up to 10 years in prison. However, it’s unclear if his upcoming prison stay is related to the weapons charges.
In addition to prison time, Buck was evicted from his Tennessee home last week as part of his bankruptcy proceedings, reports TMZ.
Court docs show that the judge in Buck’s case signed off on the sale of the house, and ordered that the proceeds go towards paying off his massive $333,975.69 debt to the IRS.
TMZ says Buck purchased the home back in 2004.
