Jay-Z & Yankees Merchandise To Be Sold At Yankees’ Stadium

The hip-hop mogul is teaming up with his favorite baseball squad on co-branded clothes that will be sold exclusively at Yankee Stadium beginning next week. All the items, from baseball caps to T-shirts and hooded sweat shirts, will feature Yankees and Jay-Z logos. The new merchandise will be available at Yankee Stadium from Aug. 30 to Sept. 14.

At this years World Basketball Festival, Nike started the Nike’s Make Something Workshops for the kids. The end result are these Nike,Jordan and Converse Hybrid sneakers. Don’t get me wrong I love when you allow a kid to use their imagination but this is the ugliest pair of sneakers I’ve ever seen, your take on it?

Nike Air Force 1s x Jay-Z-All Black Everything

With Nike being involved in the World Basketball Festival and everyone running around singing “All White Everything”, Hov has a different take on things. Jay-Z has teamed up with Nike to create the “All Black Everything” Air Force 1′s in light of the festival. Nike donated the shoes to Mr.Carter’s Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation but then got eBay involved. Two pairs out of the five will be given out, one to the highest bidder on eBay and one for Mr.Carter his self. The auction takes place August 12th at 9am EST.

MeetThaDealer was in the building for last night’s Niketown exclusive event on 5th ave. The event presented new additions for the Nike line. The attendance list included the Harlem Gobetrotters to industry gurus.
