Sean Penn Fires Back At Wyclef Jean

sean penn Sean Penn Fires Back At Wyclef Jean

After Wyclef did a freestyle a couple of nights ago at a concert, actor Sean Penn responds to the diss. This is what Mr. Penn had to say about the matter:

“Mr. Jean is clearly unfamiliar with the physical demands put upon volunteers in Haiti. As aid workers there, the notion of depleting the body’s immune system thru the use of illicit drugs is ludicrous. More specifically, J/P Haitian Relief Organization (a.k.a. JPHRO) has a ZERO tolerance policy for any and all illegal drugs. As the leader of this organization, Sean Penn has not only set this policy, but adheres to it. That Mr. Jean would make such a false accusation is reckless and saddening, but not surprising.”–MTV

All this over Haiti? They both might as well team up and do something instead of running their mouths.

Baby Mama Drama: Dwight Howard gets cops called on him?

dwight howard lil dwight Baby Mama Drama: Dwight Howard gets cops called on him?

It all went down on August 26 when Howard — who is in an ongoing custody war with baby mama Royce Reed — went to pick up their 2-year-old son. Reed, we’re told, flipped out and called the cops because she claimed the custody agreement didn’t give Howard the right to pick the child up that day.

Reed showed up at the day care center for a showdown, but Howard had already left with the kid.

The cops called Howard … and the NBA star explained he and his ex made a new agreement … giving him the right to cart his kid away that day. But … after speaking with lawyers from both sides, the cops handed down their verdict — a new custody agreement was discussed but never signed.

The cops ordered Howard to return the child to the day care center, stat. Howard’s nanny — the Henry Kissinger character — took the boy back to school and Reed took him home.

Who will be Player of the Decade?

nba u lebron durant kobe tripanel 576 e1283739127147 Who will be Player of the Decade?

This is not an easy choice to make for many, yet I can give you my analysis on this question. We all know that Lebron is the strongest and most athletic out of the three. He is arguably the most dominating person to ever play his position(or the game). Yet Kobe has the rings and a jumper that is wetter than Nicki Minaj’s inner thighs. Furthermore, Kobe is just more clutch. But, that kid Kevin Durant is the youngest out of the bunch, and he took a garbage team to the playoffs for the 1st time. He is also clutch, and at his pace, he can possibly sneak past Lebron in the scoring category for the decade, because now Lebron has to share with Wade. Who’s your pick?

Craigslist Puts an End to Its Adult Services Category

craigslist

“The adult services section, which previously contained solicitations for sex, has been replaced on the Craigslist homepage with a sign saying “censored.”

They have finally put a block on the hoes & pimps of the Craigslist world. Not only hoes & pimps, but apparently people who were also trafficking MINORS for sex & making them work 10 hour shifts! In a letter, 17 attorney generals accused the website of encouraging prostitution and promoting child trafficking.  The section still remains uncensored in other countries.

Charlie Wilson Talks Working On Kanye’s ‘See Me Now’ & ‘Monster’

kanyewestheadbanger e1283652941246 Charlie Wilson Talks Working On Kanyes See Me Now & Monster

Fresh off his spirited studio sessions with Kanye West, legendary former Gap Band vocalist Charlie Wilson spills the beans on his work with hip-hop’s most unpredictable visionary and his much-anticipated album, Dark Twisted Fantasy

“I received a phone call from the label that said Kanye West wanted to work with Uncle Charlie for his new album. Truthfully, I was like, ‘Yeah right…’ Because once I sang on a Kanye West’s Graduation, but during the sessions he wasn’t even in the studio. He had two or three sessions going on. So we set up some recording dates and I came out to L.A. to the A&M Records studio lot. First, let me just say that I’m a guy who is always punctual. I’m usually a half and hour early. So I get there and I turn my back to talk to the engineer and someone taps me on the shoulder and it’s Kanye! He was already there—and on time! A rapper on time? That was news [laughs]. But Kanye is a true businessman. He’s not that fashionably late guy. He takes care of his business. We hugged and talked a little bit. Kanye started to play some of his new songs and we were only supposed to do one track, but we ended up doing three that day. We started tripling the vocals, but I told him, ‘This is just day one; I don’t know if I’m finished… we should do more.’ That’s when Kanye told me to come to New York to do some more recording at Electric Ladyland. One of the songs we recorded was ‘See Me Now,’ featuring Beyoncé. That whole experience was incredible. If you are ever in the studio with Kanye West, to see him work is amazing. He just bounces from room to room because he has a lot of sessions going on and he’s finishing song after song after song. It was awesome to hear the finished song with him and Beyoncé on it. That line where he says Kanye, Beyoncé and Charlie are the Black elite. I was on the floor! He was speaking that from his heart. Kanye West is a genius. Just listen to a song like ‘Monster.’ I had no clue that he was going to keep me for the tail end of that track. I was in that session and I was like, ‘I don’t know where I’m going on this song.’ So Kanye told me to do some adlibs… to just be myself. When I listened to the finished record, I was like, ‘Okay… they must have took me off the song.’ But then I heard my voice at the end of ‘Monster’ and I was totally shocked! When my voice came in the mood suddenly went deep. Kanye is great producer, man. He will take you left sometimes. We ended up doing 10 songs together. A lot of those records will be for other artists as well. I love Kanye West. He touched my heart and my career.”—As told to Keith Murphy
