This was the straight fuckery on 34th street Thursday night as sneakerheads were lined up for virtually two blocks all the way into the damn Subway in hopes of getting their hands on perhaps the most anticipated Nike Foamposite colorway, the Pine Green Foams. I love sneakers but I’m a grown made with to much shit to to be on one of these lines that that as long as it does to film an episode of First 48. Priorities b, priorities.

As part of his #AnyGivenSunday series of weekly releases, J. Cole unveils the album cover to his highly anticipated debut album, Cole World: The Sideline Story. The cover, which was designed by Alex Haldi for Bestos Asbestos and photographed by Lean Mueller, keeps in line with the basketball theme of Cole’s mixtape covers for Friday Night Lights and The Warm Up. The OVOXO singer The Weeknd may have thrown us a clue that his debut album is arriving sooner than later. The above artwork was recently posted on his Facebook page, with no details as to what if the image was attached to any project. It does however bare the name of The Weeknd’s debut album, thus leading us to believe that it coul be the cover art for his debut album, Thursday. Drake chucks up another puzzle piece via twitter which you can see after the jump.
