Evidence delivers the visuals for “You” produced by DJ Premier off the Dilated Peoples emcee’s album Cats & Dogs. The project will be in stores September 27th and is full of some pretty legit raps and dope production including beats from Alchemist.

Young Jeezy and his CTE signee Freddie Gibbs stopped by Bootleg Kev’s radio show and chopped it up about a record they collaborated on for Jeezy’s TM103, the Katt Williams fiasco at one of Jeezy’s shows and how the two rappers first linked up. TM103 drops on September 20th.

Drake spoke to HipHollywood on the BMI Awards red carpet recently and gave an update as to the progress of his sophomore album Take Care. Drizzy says the album is about 80% complete and expresses that he’s heavily confident in the music being made thus far.

HHC caught up with XXL magazine’s new Executive Editor Jayson Rodriguez in London recently to chop it up regarding the move to the Hip-Hop publication, the Delaware emcee he manages by the name of Mike Jaggerr, some of the duties at his new gig and hands out some advice to young writers. With J-Rod bringing Shaheem Reid along this is definitely a momentum booster for XXL mag. While I’m personally a regular contributer for The Source, I’m all about what’s good for the print culture so I look forward to seeing the work these guys do over at the House of Harris.

When Big K.R.I.T. came out to Seattle for Summer Jam in July, I got the opportunity to link up with him. We talk about how it feels to have a project that is considered in a lot of people’s top five of the year still as well as some projects he’s been listening to. It transitions into upcoming production for Freddie Gibbs and Ludacris (Gibbs is already out), getting on Pimp C’s Still Pimping album and doing Country Cuzzins with Yelawolf since they were both dropping on the same day. Then, the album talk. He reveals that 8Ball & MJG might be on the album, the title track being held back from Return Of 4Eva and what inspired the title. – Sermon

Comedian goes on CNN to clear up the accusations of him making Anti-Mexican remarks after he got into a slanderous exchange with a Heckler at a show in Phoenix, AZ. While Katt’s publicist had issues a statement earlier apologizing for the comments, the comedian says he didn’t personally issue the statement and says he won’t apologize for being pro-American.
