It’s always nice to look at a well crafted sneaker and appreciate its appearance, but what about the story behind it? Where did the concept come from? How many designs were there before the one you see before you? I personally find this type of stuff real interesting. Joining Chris Mullin and a handful of other players being inducted into the NBA Hall of Fame last night, the notorious bad boy of the L known as “The Worm,” Dennis Rodman was humbled and brought to tears last night as he was recognized for his career accomplishments. Many sneakerheads may have been brought to tears however had they come to possess the kicks that Rodman tweeted earlier in the day, his Hall of Fame Nike Air Force 1 player exclusives.
Marked with many of the standout achievements during Rodman’s mostly rebel rousing career, these white on white ups look nothing short of a prized possession in all their uber-exclusive splendor. Perhaps not something the common person would find fly, but when factoring in what they symblolize, these kicks are pretty tough. Check out the opposite view of these joints after the jump.
