It appears that Lil Wayne may have jacked a 3 year old beat for his How To Love record. Lil Wayne’s version of the beat was produced by Detail. Now fast forward, Chief Stockton remembers a beat he uploaded in 2008 with the same guitars and similar drum patterns. I dunno, it’s damn near identical, looks like a robbery to me. Check the video.

Due to a delay of game with his highly awaited LP Tha Carter IV, Lil Wayne explained to MTV the thinking behind his new mixtape Sorry For The Wait and how the project is moving along. According to Weezy the project will resemble No Ceilings in structure and will feature the likes of Lil B. No date has been set for the mixtape but Tha Carter IV is now set to drop August 29th.

It will be hard for Wayne to top the big hits he had before his lockdown, yet he may be on to something here. This should do well on radio, as we shall probably start hearing it on every station in the very near future. This song can cross-over into any genre and succeed. Trademarkk approved. Thoughts tho?
