Red Tails chronicles the story of the Tuskegee Airmen who were the first African-American fighter pilots in the skies flight during World War II. The film is directed by George Lucas and boasts a cast including Cuba Gooding Jr., Terrence Howard, Ne-Yo and Bryan Cranston. Method Man also has a role in the movie. Looks like it will be a good flick. The scheduled release date for Red Tails is January 20th, 2012.

Ne-Yo has revealed that he hopes to collaborate with Bruno Mars again.

The singer told the Daily Star that he had worked with Mars in the past, but confirmed that they had discussed teaming up again.

“I worked with Bruno before my name was even Ne-Yo,” he told the paper. “We have been talking about doing something together again. I don’t want to give too much away, but it’s being talked about.”

He continued: “To see him doing so well and come out with these big tunes for himself makes me so proud.”

Meanwhile, Ne-Yo admitted his excitement ahead of his UK tour which kicks off later this month.

“I’m doing things on this tour I’ve never done before,” he said. “I’m looking for another way to express myself.”

Praising British fans, he added: “Fans here aren’t interested in scandal, they just say we love the music you make.”

One of the most smooth and dapper songs of the year have been remixed by the likes of Fabolous and Jadakiss. While Fabolous blended perfectly with Ne-Yo’s harmonious vocals, Kiss however was a tad bit off. Dope remix nonetheless though.

On first week album numbers:

“I was a little disturbed by my first week numbers, but a lot of things went into that first week number… the album getting leaked a month in advance definitely had something to do with it. That was another situation where I jumped on my soapbox (twitter)and let the world know how I felt about that. You know it’s the world we live in today, it’s the game. You either play the game or you get out. I’m not gonna let the ignorance of some stop me from doing what I feel like I was put on this earth to do.”

What does “One In A Million Mean To You?” The good folks at Def Jam chop it up with some of your favorite bloggers in an effort to create an awareness for Ne-Yo’s new album “Libra Scale dropping November 22nd.

Producer Boola decides to take a crack at the weekly music drops. His first drop of the week is with Ne-Yo. The song is called “Shot Down”. Honestly, I felt it could have been a little bit better but that’s me. What do you think?
