After contradicting reports both confirmed than denied that rapper/mogul Cliffor “T.I.” Harris would be released from Forrest City Correctional Facility in Arkansas today, it’ official, the king’s out patna. Although his sentence in jail was originally set to last through September 29th, T.I. got out a month earlier than expected. He will now spend another month at a halfway house before coming home, hopefully for good this time. Peep Tip’s first tweets fresh out the bid.

ti1 Rapper Jail News: T.I. Gets Out Of Jail August 31

Rapper T.I. is almost a free man. The emcee/actor is being let out of prison a month earlier than originally expected (September 29th) and will be transferred to a halfway house on August 31st where he’ll serve the remaining month of his sentence.This being his second jail sentence in just the last couple years, we really hope Tip can stay out of trouble this time and get back to making music asap.

alg tiny ti News: T.I.s Wife Tiny has Drug Case Dismissed

The L.A. County District Attorney’s office tells TMZ the case was dropped because Tiny completed 24 sessions of a certified drug diversion program in Georgia.

T.I. and Tameka were pulled over and arrested on Sunset Boulevard back in September. They were booked for possession of a controlled substance.

The D.A. dropped the case against T.I. since he was already headed back to prison … the arrest alone was enough to violate his federal probation.

ti tiny News: T.I. Sent To Special Housing Unit After Being Caught Engaging In Sexual Act With Wife Tiny During Visit

T.I.’s wife Tiny confirms the two were in a room together during regular visiting hours at Arkansas State Prison when Tiny put her hands on the T.I.P of his.. well you get the point.

According to prison guidelines, inmates are allowed to kiss and embrace at the beginning and at the end of a visit as well as hold hands but “the inmate’s hands must remain in plain view of Visiting Room staff at all times.”

Tiny tells TMZ T.I. was immediately reprimanded and sent to a “Special Housing Unit” which consists of more security and less freedom.

Tiny says she hasn’t spoken to T.I. since the incident — but she’s hopeful she’ll be allowed to visit again soon … as long as she keeps her hand to herself.
