A Phoenix, Arizona woman had an eye-closing experience over the weekend after mistakenly putting Super Glue in her eyes. Irmgard Holm, who recently had cataract surgery, went to reach for her bottle of eye drops and grabbed the extreme adhesive instead. After the intense burning sensation made her aware of her misdeed, she swiftly tried to wash the substance out but the glue quickly hardened. Paramedics had to cut off the glue and Holm avoided any major ocular damage.

The woman claims it was an honest mistake saying,“The bottles look identical. You know, I’m not young anymore but I’m not senile”. She now says that eye drop makers should do something do differentiate their bottles,“You can go, infection, blindness [and] removal of the eye on something like this. Please help.”

As odd as it sounds, this strange accident does not set a precedent.
There are recorded “Super Glue ocular injuries” dating back to 1982.

Note to my eye doctor – This is why i wear my contacts 24/7 when you told me not to. Without them i might do something crazy…like mistake Super Glue for eye drops !

PALM HARBOR — Last fall, authorities said, a Florida Highway Patrol trooper fired his gun nine times at a man suspected of stealing two bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches from a Palm Harbor gas station.

None of the bullets struck the breakfast theif Magdi Kanaan, but Trooper Timothy E. Nichols will begin a one-week suspension without pay today.

The Oct. 10 shooting and subsequent car chase were captured on the trooper’s dashboard camera. The Highway Patrol on Thursday released that footage and a narrative of the events that led to the shots being fired.

After the shots were fired, Nichols hopped back in his car and chased Kanaan through neighborhood streets. The pursuit ended when one of Kanaan’s tires gave way. Nichols arrested Kanaan on charges of theft, aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, and fleeing and eluding.

They always said breakfast is the most important meal of the day, Trooper Nichols definitely took that to heart!

This is why I don’t eat McDonald’s. This commercial is creepy, it reminds me of those anti-tobacco ads. Truth is a lot of people out there eat McDonald’s for breakfast, lunch, & dinner. A lot of people eat it at least once a day too. So…by eating McDonald’s…are you really just digging your own grave?

They have finally put a block on the hoes & pimps of the Craigslist world. Not only hoes & pimps, but apparently people who were also trafficking MINORS for sex & making them work 10 hour shifts! In a letter, 17 attorney generals accused the website of encouraging prostitution and promoting child trafficking.  The section still remains uncensored in other countries.
